Here are EDClass’ main findings:

 

• 60.7% of schools said that they included students in the EDClass system because of mental health reasons.

• 50% of schools said their students refused to attend school over the 2021/22 academic year.

• Risk of exclusion was the dominant factor in why students were put in alternative provisions with 71.4% in this study.

• 93.9% of participants stated their workload was reduced in some aspect when using EDClass.
Overall 92.9% of schools were satisfied and 42.9% very satisfied with EDClass’ support with their students this year.
